Responsible gambling
Gambling can be addictive. Winning is never guaranteed, and you can lose the money you stake. You must be at least 18 to gamble at Golazzo.
Set limits on money and time
A fixed budget and time limit can help keep gambling under control. Money needed for rent, bills and other essential expenses should never be part of your gambling budget. Take regular breaks, and never chase losses by placing more bets.
You can set gambling limits using the available account features. Golazzo support can help with questions about these limits.
Taking a break and self-exclusion
You can request a temporary break from gambling through support. A 24-hour cooling-off period is available for a short break.
To request self-exclusion, email [email protected] and specify the period you want, either for a fixed term or indefinitely. You must not open new accounts during self-exclusion. Closing an account is not the same as self-exclusion, as a closed account can be reopened.
When gambling becomes a problem
Warning signs include gambling longer than intended, borrowing money to place bets, hiding your gambling or finding it difficult to stop. It is also worth seeking support if gambling affects your work or relationships.
Minors must not have access to your gambling account. Keep your login details private and log out after using a shared device.
